At Gracieuse Glam, we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience while upholding our commitment to sustainability. Please review our return and exchange policy below:
Return Policy:
- Eligible Items: We do not accept returns for items purchased in clearance, with a gift card, or customized outfits.
- Only one exchange/return per order is allowed.
- Exchanges are issued as Store Credit (Gift Card) (minus ₹150 reverse pickup charge)., valid for 13 months.
• Return Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order (excluding clearance, customized orders, and gift card purchases, which are non-returnable).
• Condition of the Item: Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Return Method:
• Pickup Service with Restocking Fee: We offer a convenient pickup service for returns. A restocking fee of ₹150 per item will be applied, deducted from your store credit refund to support our eco-friendly initiatives.
• Non-Refundable Charges: Shipping charges and express delivery charges are non-refundable.Non-Returnable Categories
• Clearance Outfits: Clearance outfits are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
• Gift Cards: Items purchased with a gift card are not eligible for return.
• Customized Outfits: Orders customized based on your measurements or style requests cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchange Policy:
• Eligibility: Exchanges are available on eligible items, excluding clearance items and customized outfits. All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Gift Card Purchases:
• For items purchased using a gift card, one size exchange is allowed.
• The exchange will incur a charge of ₹250.
• Sale Items/Non-Sale Items:
• Only one free size or style exchange is permitted per order.
• A maximum of One exchange is allowed per order. Additional exchanges will not be permitted.
• Exchange Timeframe: Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Condition of the Item: Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
Refund Policy:
• Prepaid Orders: Refunds (store credit) for eligible items will be processed within 3-5 business days for a store credit from the date we receive the returned items. Please note that once the refund is processed, you will receive the store credit in maximum of 10 business days.Order Cancellation Policy
• Orders can only be cancelled before order processing.
• Cancellation after order processing: A charge of ₹150 will be deducted, as the order is in processing.Product Condition and Replacement PolicyWe take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that:
• The item is damaged during transit.
• There is a manufacturing defect.
• An incorrect item is delivered to you.In such cases, you need to send us a video of the product package opening and we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement or return of the damaged/defective item is made within 48 hours of delivery. Please note that no returns or replacements will be allowed after this timeframe.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
• Visit our Return & Exchange Portal and log in with your email address to raise a return or exchange request.

Note Important Points:
Please take a photo/video while handing over the parcel to the courier as proof in case of disputes. Only hand over the specific item for which pickup is arranged.
Colour Difference:
Product colours may slightly vary due to studio lighting during shoots.
If your package shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, notify us within 3 days (72 hours). Courier companies do not accept complaints beyond this period.
